We do:

• Arrange return flights with a choice of departing airports.
• Arrange accommodation.
• Have representatives who are English and live and work in Cyprus; they are therefore ideally placed to offer advice and guidance on all aspects of life in Cyprus.
• Arrange for free financial advice.
• Offer a free consultation with an English speaking solicitor.

We do not:

• Insist that you pay back the full cost of the air fare and accommodation if you do not buy through us.
• Ask for full payment for the cost of the trip if you do not attend a viewing.
• Arrange multiple viewings where you are herded on and off buses. All inspections are tailored specifically for you and you will have our representative's full attention.
• Try and force you to make a decision before you leave. Because we have provided you with subsidised travel and accommodation does not mean that we have an automatic right to your custom; we understand and respect this.
