Question - how does an estate agent in the UK beat the downturn in the property market?.
Answer win £56m on the lottery! .
Thats precisely what happened to property consultant Justine Laycock who works as a sales negotiator for small estate agents in her home town of Cirencester in the southwest of England.
As of Monday this week Justine will not be taking calls from clients asking to view property or visiting houses with a view to getting a For Sale sign outside them. She is far too busy planning what her and her partner will be doing with their huge win.
When interviewed, Justine made it clear that she would be thinking of family and close friends first and helping people who she cares about.
Clearly Justine is very down to earth, as after ringing Camelot to confirm they had won, they headed to their local Waitrose to have a bacon sandwich and wait for the Camelot representative to arrive.
When the commotion dies down, no doubt she will be having a look at the local property market with a view to upgrading her house to a more spacious property!.
