The Buying Process


If and when you decide to view properties in Malta, one of our English speaking representatives will show you some of the vast selection of properties that are on offer. You will have the opportunity to meet the developer and inspect other properties that they have built.

Whether you are looking for an apartment or a luxury villa, we have the local knowledge and expertise to find the right property for you. We are completely independent so we will show you properties from different property developers that suit your requirements and budget.


Once you have decided on a property we will be on hand every step of the way with English speaking professionals who will help you with all aspects of the purchase.

In terms of Maltese Law, foreign nationals wishing to purchase property as a second residence, may do so as long as the value of the property is above €104,510 in case of Apartments/Maisonettes and €165,024 in case of houses. These thresholds do not apply in case of EU citizens who purchase property as a first residence i.e for permanent residence purposes.


We will introduce you to an English speaking solicitor who will talk you through the purchase and explain the legal documentation that is required. Our solicitor will act in your best interests and handle all documentation and enquiries to local government departments and services.


If you decide to rent your property or have brought for investment, then we can put you in touch with agencies that will market your property for letting as well as local companies who will service the property between lets.
